Gregory and Ashley had a gorgeous wedding at The Montage in Indianapolis, IN a few weeks ago. Their day was relaxed, fun and beautifully sunny. It was picture perfect!

These two met their junior year of college at Butler University. They got engaged on campus, most of their bridal party are alumni, and they LOVE the Butler bulldog!! It only made sense to do some photos on the campus that means so much to them. Their bridal party (as a surprise!) had “Trip”, the Butler mascot, join them down at Holcomb Gardens to take some photos. What a cutie!! Apparently Trip likes flowers, so he may have jumped on a bridesmaid to get a good sniff… or maybe eat her bouquet! hah! oops! (check out the photo below)

After the wedding these two flew off to Alaska for their honeymoon. I talked to her while she was there, and I am pretty sure they had the time of their lives. I (Sarah) went last summer and absolutely loved it! It’s definitely a bucket list vacation!

One of our favorite parts of every wedding are the toasts, and Ashley and Greg may have had some of the best we’ve heard. Ashley is an elementary music teacher and her maid of honor had the art teacher put together an advice book from her elementary students… GUYS… you HAVE to see the honeymoon drawing.. Apparently the kids thought Ashley and Greg were going to “Jurassic Park” for their honeymoon… and that is supposed to be a dinosaur… enough said.. check out the photo for yourself… HILARIOUS!!! It STILL makes me giggle :) :)

I had asked Greg and Ashley at their pre-wedding meeting whether or not they thought they would have a dancing crowd at the reception, and if they were dancers, they both said no… OH BOY were they wrong. They had an AMAZING dance party and Mark Beacher did an incredible job keeping it classy yet SUPER fun. I would recommend Mark to anyone needing a great, quality DJ who knows his stuff. He has this signature dance called the “block of Cheese.” It’s basically all those cheesy choreographed dances smushed into one. What an amazing idea! Because seriously, who wants to do the chicken dance, the Macarena.. or any of those songs for 5 straight minutes.

The Montage and Kahn’s Catering did an incredible job on the food, cake, and service. Top notch guys!

Gregory and Ashley, congrats an your marriage, your new house and your new life together! It was an honor being a part of your big day.

See the giant “dinosaur” Have fun on your honeymoon guys in “Jurassic Park” HAHA we are still laughing about this.
