Kori & Drew | Denver, CO | The Brown Palace Hotel Wedding

Part two of Drew & Kori’s wedding story takes place at a historic hotel in downtown Denver, The Brown Palace. From the moment we stepped into the lobby Rachel and I knew this place was something special. The grandeur and grace of this hotel made it a photographers gold mine. Kori had told family and friends she wanted a really classy wedding, and boy I think she nailed it with this spot. The Historic Brown Palace has been open every day since August 12, 1892, which means it just celebrated its 125th birthday. Many presidents have stayed there and even The Beatles!! SO COOL!  From an elegant spa, cigar club rooms, tea time, and a cocktail hour it felt like we were walking into an 1800’s gala and we were missing our gold sequins and corsets… well maybe not the corsets..  It was just like stepping back in time and it was incredibly lovely.

Kori and Drew literally smiled all day, and we kid you not, Kori probably had sore cheeks the next few days. She radiated joy and Drew radiated love and it was a fairytale for sure. They said their vows at a nearby church and then we all headed back to brown palace for an elegant dinner, toasts, dancing, and literally the best wedding cake Rachel and I  have ever eaten (coconut, mango). It was to DIE for.. If we could box that up and order it, lets just say we would be gaining some lbs… yummy!!
